A: Rabakes is a home-based small bakery founded by Rabeea (mum of two) and is based in west London Hounslow. At Rabakes I sell homemade cupcakes and cakes of all flavors for all occasions.
A: Yes, I am Level 2 food hygiene & safety certified.
A: I purchase all ingredients from local grocery stores like Asda, Tesco, Aldi, etc, and bake cakes and cupcakes in my oven at home.
A: Yes, I make customized items that include cakes & cupcakes in different flavors, sizes, shapes, etc.

A: Buttercream cakes are at risk of melting in the heat if it’s isn’t refrigerated. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 mins before serving the best results. If you are collecting your order, the best way to collect your cake is with a car for smooth transport. Try to avoid walking around with the cake too much or it could crack the cake. Hold the cake box from the bottom. Do not hold the box from the sides as it can damage the cake. Make room for your cake in the fridge! most cakes are quite tall so be prepared to make room for them. Any damages done to the cake after being collected or delivered is not our responsibility.
A: On our website, payment can be made in one go via bank transfer. We will soon launch the PayPal payment option and merchant account.
A: Payments by credit card are made in a secure environment on the server of our merchant service provider.

A: If you wish your order to be delivered to your home or office address, plz enter your complete address with your name and number so that our sales team organize the delivery for you. The prices depend on areawise and are subject to variations. For example, within west London postcodes of 5 miles from TW3, we deliver free of cost.
